Possibly the most envigorating and enthusiastic past member of the band, Brayton takes the cake on Nichols' original Rotten Candy and Madness cover Night Boat to Cairo. Along with Nichols, Chris and Todd, he started playing with the band after the breakup of Ska and Order. Brayton's lungs are so huge that his powerful wails are not impacted at all by his proclivity to smoke (like one of Vinnie's Pop-Tarts left in the toaster for an hour.) Brayton used to drive a burely Jeep that he would break every weekend offroading and you'd never see him at a gig without a 22-ouncer of fine domestic or imported brew.
